| Students in Grades One to Five will be participating in the Maryland Black-Eyed Susan Book Award Program. During their library time each week students will read and respond to one of the picture books nominated for the Black-Eyed Susan Award. After reading a total of fifteen books, students will vote for their favorite book. Students throughout the state of Maryland vote for the book that wins the award. Votes are submitted and tallied in April. Look for the announcement of the winning book coming in the spring! |
