We love parent involvement! If you have not already done so, please fill out the required BCPS form as well as the HMS checklist and return both to Kellie Holloway.
You will also need to attend a training at either HMS or a feeder elementary school each year. |

How do I Help?
|
Teachers are given a database with your name, phone number, email address, and what you want to help with (based on the checklist you give to me). As needs arise, teachers contact parents on the list for help.
Feel free to contact either myself or the office if you see a way to help out (it was PARENTS who suggested morning traffic patrols, beautification of the front gardens, etc.).
If no one has contacted you within a couple of months, email me and I'll find a niche for you! |

RECORDING HOURS

Every year, we need to turn in a form documenting the number of hours parents volunteered in our school.
To assist us, please record all volunteer hours in the log book located in the front office. |
