What's Due?

Please check with your child on occasion and ask him or her how they are doing in my class...I will use this site to list homework assignments as well as test and project due dates.
General Requirements for all IETC students 1) Students voted to use a class set of safety glasses so $3.50 each will not be necessary.
2) Notebook/Binder/Folder for daily drills and objectives.
3) Writing Utensils (one pen and one pencil is preferred for each student)
6) Paper (lined or unlined for notebook and sketching assignments)

PLINKO BOARD

2nd Quarter Homework All IETC students are to bring in the following:
NOVEMBER 26 or 27th:
1) a newspaper or magazine or internet picture of a project designed, planned and directed by an engineer and the type of engineer that does that type of project.
NOVEMBER 29 or 30th:
2) a newspaper or magazine or internet picture of a 3D (three dimensional object)
DECEMBER 3 or 4th:
3) the written location, name and/or description of a bridge (it can be over land or water and can be for cars, trains, or pedestrians)
JANUARY 18
4) pictorial drawing from a printed source such as a newspaper or magazine

4th Quarter Assignments Invention Report
List on individual pages 20, 30 or 40 technological advances or inventions (20=C, 30=B, 40=A). Include the following information: name of invention, name of inventor, year it was invented. Also, include a graphic of either the invention or the inventor. You must have at least 3 inventions for each of the seven major technology systems. These include: manufacturing, medicine, communications, construction, energy, transportation and agriculture.
