Dear Parents, I have been trying to set up my website for several weeks with little success.
I hope this time, the process works. As you know, first quarter ends on Thursday. I have allowed my students to revise errors for full credit during this first quarter. I believe it is more important to understand where the error is made and be able to correct it. However, I also encourage the children to check work before turning it in for a grade to ensure full credit for their effort. The students will not be taking their unit assessments before the end of the quarter as I want to be certain that adequate time for practice has been provided. My students are adjusting to my procedures, and I see an effort to develop positive work habits for success. Thank you for your support. Mrs. Mindell
