Reading is Great Fun!!

Your child is learning the kindergarten reading strategies. As you read with your child, please remind him or her to use the strategies that we have been working on so far this year.
Too often, the day flies by and we run out of time to do all the things we would like to do. A great way to provide your child with a great reading experience is for them to listen to books on tape or CD. This allows your child to hear a story read with fluency. The Scholastic Book Club provides quality liturature, accompanied by a CD or tape, for a nominal price. The amount of learning your child will receive from this experience is priceless.
