Welcome to my website! This is my 26th year of teaching-- and I have spent my whole career at Kingsville Elementary School. I received my BS degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. I also received my Master's degree as a Reading Specialist from Towson. In October of 2007, I received the great news that I had passed all the requirements to become a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in the area of Literacy/Reading/Language Arts! I am proud and excited about this accomplishment. At the 2009 Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce Awards for Excellence in Education dinner, I was named the Northeast Area Teacher of the Year! What an honor! I LOVE Kingsville Elementary and feel so fortunate to work in such an awesome community!
