| I am enjoying another great year of learning with my students. We have had a good start to the 2007 school year. I am excited to work with you and your child and would like to tell you about myself. I was born and raised in Baltimore County and attended public schools in Baltimore County. I began teaching as a first grade teacher at Lutherville Elementary. After completing my degree in Special Education, I was a Diagnostic teacher with special children at The Ridge School. Then I had the opportunity to work at The Chatsworth School as a Parent-Infant teacher and Pre-School teacher. After starting my own family, I returned to Baltimore County and taught Pre-school at Riverview Elementary before transferring to Arbutus Elementary as a Primary Adaptive and Resource teacher. This is my eigthth year at Middlesex. As a Special Education Resource Teacher,I am working with third and fifth grade students in reading, spelling, and written language and with third and fourth grade students in math. It will be exciting to watch the growth of your children as the year progresses. Thank you for your continued support of their program. |
