Welcome to First Grade!! My name is Doris Long. This is my eighth year at Padonia International and am very excited to be back in First Grade.
I live in Timonium with my daughter, Tracie, who is a graduate student at Goucher College and an Instructional Assistant at Padonia and my dog, Matty. My older daughter, Jenni and her husband, Billy, live in New York City.
Padonia is the 11th school I have taught in and Maryland is the 6th state I have lived in. I have taught Pre-K through 8th grade and have lots of experience. I was born and went to school in Indiana, but have taught in Virginia, South Dakota, Minnesota, New Jersey, and now in Maryland. Maryland is my favorite!
We are going to have fun learning in First Grade this year. We will also be working with Mrs. Castaldi and Mrs. Dembeck. We will have a great year. |
