Hello! I am Mrs. Parnell, the Library Media Specialist at Scotts Branch Elementary School. This is my thirteenth year as a Library Media Specialist and my seventh year at Scotts Branch.
I received my Bachelor's Degree from Waynesburg College and worked over fifteen years in the business world. I then realized that my first love is children's literature and I returned to college and earned my Library certification from Towson University.
