| The Three R's |
The Scotts Branch Student Behavior Matrix includes the Three R's: Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn. In the Library this means:
Respectful - Raise your hand to speak.
Be polite and kind to everyone.
Responsible - Follow directions the first time
time they are given.
Know how and when to speak.
Keep the Library neat.
Return books on time.
Ready to Learn- Sit correctly in your chair.
Use materials appropriately. |
| Book Check Out |
Students come to the Library once a week with their class. To be able to check out books students must:
Have the Scotts Branch Library Contract signed by a parent or guardian.
Have no overdue books.
Take care of any obligations, such as payment for damaged or lost books.
Students are responsible for the book(s) they check out. They should take good care of them and not trade or lend them to other students.
