| I graduated from Western Maryland College in 1998, now known as McDaniel College. I had a double major in Studio Art/Art History. I always wanted to be an Art Teacher, but fell in love with Graphic Design and found a job working in the printing field for five years. After meeting my husband and rediscovering my love for teaching and children I decided to go back to school and pursue my dream to become a teacher. I have been working with children for the past 9 years. In August 2005, I finished my Masters in Teaching at Goucher College. This is my second year at Rodgers Forge Elementary School. In my free time I like to paint, sew, and decorate my home, as well as spend time with my family, friends and labrador retriever, Sampson. |
