Welcome
| | Miss Nelson | My name is Jennifer Nelson. I am very excited to be teaching second grade again this year at Middlesex! Here's some information about myself so that you can get to know me a little better. I grew up in Parkville with a loving and supportive family. I have an older brother who has three beautiful children! I also have a younger sister who works as a family mentor. My siblings and I all work with children and absolutly love it! I enjoy being active; I workout daily and cheered/ danced my whole life. I am a graduate from Villa Julie College where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
I absolutely love teaching second grade! My second graders and I had a blast last year learning so many interesting things. This year will be full of exciting challenges and experiences. It is my goal to help your child be successful in school and to become a more responsible and independent learner. I am a firm believer that parent involvement is key in your child’s success. I feel that parent/teacher communication is extremely important.
It is my hope that you will be an active participant in your child’s school experience. With everyone working together, I know that this will be a great year!
Sincerely, Miss Nelson
