children

Mrs. Megan Signor, M.S., CCC-SLP
Mrs. Wendy Guetler, M.S., CCC-CLP

Riderwood Elementary has two qualified, certified and Maryland licensed speech-language pathologists. Mrs. Signor works full-time and Mrs. Guetler works part-time. We are therapists that are dedicated to providing quality services to children with communication delays and disorders.

What is speech-language therapy?

Speech-language therapy in Baltimore County Public Schools are services provided to students who demonstrate a significant need or delay in communication skills which results in an educational disability. Services are provided in a small group or classroom setting by a trained speech-language pathologist who will help target the skills necessary to improve a child's speech and language development.
