Thank you for visiting my webpage! During the 2007-2008 school year, I will be teaching 8th grade American Music, 7th grade World Music, and 6th grade READING. This is ging to be a great year. There will be some fun projects that involve using the internet, building our own instruments, guitars, and creating ensembles. I can't wait to get started!
MUSIC
On this site, you will be able to find current drills, lessons, and music to look at or copy down for your folders. Please be sure to pick the correct grade when looking up class information. There will also be a calendar published so you can prepare for quizzes, tests, computer days, folder checks, and projects.
6th Grade Reading
I am going to incorporate the reading section on this website because it's easier for me to keep it all together. Please let me know if you have any problems locating infomation regarding 6th grade reading. I am so excited about teaching reading this year. Reading has been a passion of mine since I was little and I fully intend on infecting my students with that passion! I hope to post current units, vocabulary words, and objectives for you to look over with your child in order to help their progress at home. I am looking forward to a great year! |
