"Jerry Takes Off" and "Tony and the Snark" |
We are reading two stories in class that have to do with water! I was a lifeguard/swim instructor this summer, so I have a lot to share. We will focus on SEQUENCE and CAUSE AND EFFECT using these stories.
Homework: 8/28- Get Policies paper signed by parent/guardian. 8/29-Take home "Family Times". (I sent this home too early!) 8/30- write short journal entry on the back of the vocabulary paper using all 5 vocabulary words correctly. 8/31- If we finish everything in class...NO HOMEWORK! ENJOY YOUR LONG WEEKEND!

These stories are both about Baseball. Teammates is about the story of Jackie Robinson's courage to overcome difficulties due to segregation. |
