Grade 8 Art

We are currently working with the art element of line. Students are using contour lines to draw their own hands in a variety of poses and holding various objects. Working from life forces students to slow down and really observe what they are looking at. (No tracing!!!!!!) Students will look at examples of work from the artist, Leonardo da Vinci, as inspiration for their drawings.
Keep drawing from life every chance you get!The more you practice a skill, the better you become!!! |
