· Each teacher on the team will offer extra help as needed.
· In order for you to stay for coach class you will need a NOTE TO STAY AFTER. A phone call or email will NOT allow your student to stay after school.
· We need a signed note from the parent/guardian for the student to stay. This is a PHMS policy.
· Afternoon coach classes will end at 3:45.
· Morning coach classes will begin at 7:30.
· You need to make an appointment to stay after since our teachers may need to adjust their personal schedules.
When sending in a note to stay, please include the date, teacher name, subject, reason why you are staying, emergency contact number for your parent and a parent signature. Parents may not email a note or give oral approval to stay for coach class.
