Unicef http://www.unicef.org/ Trick-or-Treat for Unicef is an education and fundraising initiative that gives U.S. kids, along with their parents and teachers, the opportunity to learn about their peers worldwide who are truly in need and to raise money on their behalf. Students who are interested in participating are each given a UNICEF box and are encouraged to have their families put their loose change in the box throughout the month of October. The boxes are collected and the donations are used to provide medicine, better nutrition, clean water, education, emergency relief and other support to children in more than 160 countries.
