Laws
Getting Prepared for 6th grade and World Cultures
Law 1: Respect teachers, students, and yourself!
Law 2: Do your work!
Law 3: Laugh at all of my jokes, it makes me feel good!

Getting Ready: Please divide your notebook into four sections in the following order.

  1. Drills (you should never have more than two drill sheets in this section. I supply the sheets, you supply the dates and answers.)

  2. Classwork (A Table of Contents sheet should be the first paper in your classwork section. Please record the date you receive each paper, the title, and page number. Keep all your papers in order because this section is collected at the end of the unit.)

  3. Vocabulary (You will be given a vocabulary sheet and should record terms given in class. Occasionally I give pre typed vocabulary sheets. They should also go in this section.)

  4. Notes (Please keep blank lined paper in this section.)

Come to class with your agenda, binder, a pen or a pencil.
